Licensing: Licensing of all models is the users responsibility. Licensing is different from country to country. Electro-
Voice/Telex strongly urges the user to contact the appropriate licensing authority for any desired clarification.

The Electro-Voice/Telex Transmitters are Type Accepted under United States Federal Communications
Commission CFR 47, Part 74 and Industry Canada RSS123.
The Electro-Voice/Telex Receivers are approved under United States Federal Communications Commission
CFR 47, Part 15 and Industry Canada RSS210. Operation is subject to the condition that this device does
not cause harmful interference.
Licensing of Electro-Voice/Telex equipment is the users responsibility and Licensability depends
upon the users classification, users application and frequency selected. Electro-Voice/Telex strong-
